Abode Peninsula Market Update - March 2021

Welcome to another edition of the Abode Peninsula monthly market update, as we enter Autumn there are no signs of the Mornington Peninsula property market slowing down! Please watch the video below for a full update on the local property market or contact any member of the Abode Peninsula real estate team to discuss your property needs.

The past 12 months have shown solid growth across the local property market with most of the median property prices enjoying a strong increase. We've also noticed strong demand in the rental market with a high number of tenants relocating from the city and beyond.
