Experienced Residential Property Manager Wanted 

Abode Peninsula are expanding and we're looking for another experienced residential Property Manager superstar to join our close-knit mature team. With streamlined systems and sound processes in place, along with ongoing training and support plus an established portfoloio to impress and grow. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced candidate that's looking for a new opportunity to flourish or a fresh start.

Hours | Monday to Friday from 9AM until 5PM

To be considered for this role you must have:

· An Agent Representative licence

· Minimum 3 years experience in property management.

· Current drivers licence

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills

· A genuine passion for the industry

· Self motivation & the ability to be able to work as part of a team

· Impeccable time management skills

· Experience with property me & inspect real estate

· Problem solving skills

As a Property Manager duties include, but are not limited to:

· Leasing

· Repairs & maintenance

· Liaising with landlords, tenants and various third parties

· Ingoing & outgoing condition reports

· Arrears management

· Property inspections

· VCAT hearings

· Development & growth of the existing portfolio
