WANTED | Real Estate Sales Assistant / P.A to Office Director
Full-Time Position
Based | 1/2 Watson Road, Mount Martha
Our leading Mount Martha based real estate agency is searching for a superstar Sales Assistant/Personal Assistant to join our independent family business. This role is perfect for someone looking to expand their real estate career.
Abode Peninsula is a highly regarded local agency with a reputation for client service, we specialise in residential sales and property management. Due to increased demand we're on the lookout for another key member to join our close-knit team.
The role is full time Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday as required, based on property inspections and work load, to be negotiated with the right applicant.
Your role will be to support our Director and the sales team by assisting directly with tasks including but not limited to:
- Monitoring email and phone enquiries
- Conducting and assisting with open homes
- Marketing appointments and auctions
- Vendor relationship management
- Buyer relationship management
- Liaising with current and past clients
- Generating new business opportunities
- Market research & report preparation
- Post-sale client communication
- General sales administration tasks
- Database management
- Final property inspections
Skills/Experience:
- Real Estate Sales Experience
- Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
- Clear Police Record Check
- Customer service focused & committed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with CRM's
- Strong ability to prioritise workload and multitask
- Highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest
- Self-disciplined following procedures and processes
- Excellent personal presentation at all times
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and extremely well organised
- The ability to problem solve & think outside the box
- Must be able to work the occasional Saturday when required
- Current driver's license and reliable car
