If You're Not Early You're Late

"If you're not early, you're late!" an old coach of mine used to preach this every day we had training, a game or a team function. When it comes to property management and ensuring you are meeting your commitments on time it is always a good idea to be a little bit early. When renting we always emphasize to make your rental payments a few days early then due, depending on banks it can take a few business days for the funds to clear and with public holidays and other delays, such as banking server maintenance etc. the bank payment processing can sometimes take longer then usual.

So, one of the best pieces of advice that I received during my sporting days is also something I have passed on to my kids and to our clients. If you're not early, you're late. It can often be a simple change, like scheduling the automatic payments 2 days earlier that makes all the difference. Especially when you are looking for your next rental property, if you're payments are always on time and the property is well maintained your property manager will do everything in their power to help provide recommendations for your next home.

The Abode Peninsula property management team will always do what they can to help our clients, if you need any assistance with scheduling payments or advice on how best to structure this side of your rental agreement please feel free to contact the office any time.
