Abode Peninsula will ensure that transferring the management of your investment property to us is a simple and smooth process – It's easy, stress free and we do all the work! Once you sign a Management Authority with us, we will contact your current Agent and request they provide us with your file. 

On receiving your file, we will notify your renter and provide them with comprehensive information which informs them of their responsibilities as a renter with Abode Peninsula. We do everything we can to make the process a smooth and continuous one, with very little disruption to you, your renter or your rental payments.
